“Being Nature” Yoga Retreat, 04-09 June 2023
“Being Nature” is not just a yoga retreat, but a whole holistic concept. Each participant will be guided through a tailor-made experience of the connection between body, soul and nature, surrounded by the charming Italian countryside.
Chiara e Marzia, our team of certified yoga teachers will support each person in a self-discovery journey through hatha, vinyasa, yin yoga and meditation, in a body positive and non-competitive environment.
Each practice will be held in English and accessible to every body, ability and level of expertise. Our yoga teachers
The path of Chiara D’Amico researched about yoga and mind-body practices includes a wide range of different experiences, from a contemporary theater performer training to classical and contemporary dance studies.
This research led Chiara to yoga in 2014 and she didn’t stop studying since then. Now Chiara is a hatha and yin yoga teacher, facilitating the study group “A Room of One’s Own”.
Her projects aim at building communities through yoga and helping people build a healthy relationship with the body, learning to claim space.
Her approach to yoga is kind and friendly, with the main goal of giving every student the opportunity to experience the empowering feeling of getting in touch with the connection between body and soul.
Marzia Michelizza is a yoga teacher with almost 15 years of practice experience. While earning her PhD in philosophy at Sorbonne University, Marzia kept studying yogasana and yogic philosophy, with a special focus on buddhist meditation techniques, which were also the main subject of her dissertation.
Marzia has been teaching yoga in Italy, France and Portugal.
Her studies and teaching experience focus on a contemplative approach to the practice, that becomes a tool to embody the philosophic roots of yoga.
Marzia is now teaching vinyasa yoga and meditation, yoga teacher trainings and yogic philosophy.
